Katy Truss

Katy Truss, based in North Norfolk, is the founder of Fabulous Food Finds and an expert in artisan and speciality food and drink, food writer, presenter and entrepreneur. She grew up in pubs and restaurants and has been a consultant to the BBC Good Food Shows for over 15 years. Passionate about supporting outstanding food and drink producers, she shares her discoveries through her own social channels and website, articles in food magazines and a quarterly gourmet tasting box. She also manages and hosts a popular live Tasting Theatre at the BBC Good Food Shows, where she interviews producers, guides tastings and tells food stories too.
