Sue Bailey

Dr Sue Bailey is a food scientist and culinary historian, with more than 25 years’ food experience as a university lecturer, food writer, and national television and radio expert. She has been a presenter for the last five years for Flavour - Cambridge 105 Radio’s fortnightly food programme. She has been a food and restaurant judge, works on food hygiene with local restaurants, and is a lifelong foodie. She is really looking forward to Velvet’s inaugural awards. Sue also has a guilty secret; she loves to be a 50s retro food performer as the first female celebrity chef – Fanny Cradock in full diamante.
