Pina Broccoli Anaia

Through her popular food blog, One Two Culinary Stew, Pina has been sharing her food and drink experiences on her website and @one2culinarystew Instagram since 2014.

She is a strong believer in championing the excellent indie producers and businesses in Cambridgeshire and beyond.

Pina, who was born to Italian parents in multicultural Montreal, Canada, and grew up in her family’s Jewish deli/diner business, has appeared on live radio programmes, written for local magazines and newspapers, translated two cookbooks, and has been featured in articles and podcasts. She is a polyglot with a background in translation specialising in gastronomy, tourism and oenology (WSET Level 2 Award in Wines). She writes the Five Global Flavours bi-monthly column for Velvet.
