Ivy competition terms and conditions

Anyone nominating in the awards will be automatically entered into our free draw to win dinner at The Ivy. One entry per nominator .
One winner will be randomly selected to WIN a £150 champagne dinner at The Ivy in either Canterbury or Tunbridge Wells.
Entries must be received by 11.59pm on 1 December 2024.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
One winner will be randomly selected.

Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

The prize is non-transferable and must be taken at The Ivy in Canterbury or The Ivy in Tunbridge Wells

Travel costs are not included. There are no cash alternatives.

Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of Kent, aged 18 years or over, except employees of The Ivy Collection, the KM Media Group, and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

Entry: The competition will run until 11.59pm on December 1. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

Prize: The prize is for a £150 card for a Champagne Dinner - details here. This can be used by two people only. The prize is not transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Prize Redemption: The winner is responsible for booking directly with the restaurant.

Publicity: By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.

Data Protection: Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

General: The Ivy Collection reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any catastrophe, including war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
