Tarak Ahmed is a luminary in the realm of hospitality, boasting a remarkable career that spans more than 25 years. After starting out as a chef, Tarak was soon running his own Indian restaurant. Fuelled by unwavering ambition and a masterful understanding of the culinary landscape, he quickly expanded his culinary empire, establishing three additional branches of his acclaimed restaurants across Surrey.

As the MD of the esteemed Jumeira Group, Tarak now presides over four distinguished restaurants situated across Kent and East Sussex.
