Paul Pierce has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 14 years alongside some of the country's leading hoteliers and chefs. He has a passion for all things Kent as well as an in-depth knowledge of the food and drink sector. He has worked at Thistle Guoman Hotels, Claridges, ISS and with well-known chef Mark Sergeant on the opening of Reynolds Retreat in Borough Green.
Paul is now General Manager at renowned Chilston Park Hotel, near Maidstone, part of the Hand Picked Hotels group.
