Ben is a passionate chef, restaurant owner and personal trainer in Bury St Edmunds with a love of supporting local businesses. After years of working with local suppliers and eating in independent restaurants, he launched Fork Yeah, a food blog and podcast. His aim is to showcase great independent businesses and highlight the difficulties within the industry that they face. Ben spends most of his time in the kitchen at Queens Bar & Grill, but also promotes easy recipes online alongside health and fitness ‘top tips’, runs a little cookie shop called Crumbs and produces homegrown lamb, pork and veg for his menu.
He is judging Hospitality Hero.
