During his career, Ben’s risen through the ranks from Chef de Partie to Head Chef, with his dedication to delighting our guests with unique culinary experiences. Passionate about creating exceptional dishes, Ben thrives on the variety his role offers and takes pride in crafting menus that showcase the finest Forest produce. Professionally trained with distinctions in his diplomas, Ben values growth & creativity, which drive his continued success, and make him an invaluable asset to our Hotel.
