Gerla de Boer, the founder of the Cambridge Food Tour, is a big supporter of local indie businesses. Her culinary journey began at a young age when she first started experimenting in the family kitchen. Not long after, she found her other passion: travel. With her extensive background in hotel management, the hospitality and retail industry, and food development, she decided 13 years ago to share her love of Cambridge with visitors and locals, inviting them to experience the city through the eyes of a foodie.
