I am passionate as a leader and strive for this to resonate in my approach across the business. Teamwork, empowering people, and accountability are important to me. In my time at Treatt, I can already see what tremendous employees we have globally, their commitment to the company and what we can achieve as an empowered and accountable team.

Ryan is Chartered Accountant and has worked for over 20 years in senior commercial finance roles across global FMCG businesses, including 12 years at Associated British Foods, working with brands like Primark, Kingsmill, Silverspoon, Jordans cereal, and Twinings. His last role was CFO at SPI Pharma, a global speciality pharmaceutical manufacturer, a company very similar to Treatt, adding value to large pharma brands.
