The Bury Free Press Business Awards (the ‘Awards’) are open to businesses with a registered office or main place of business in the UK (the ‘Business’ or ‘you’).
Employees of The Bury Free Press or anyone connected with the Awards may not enter.
By entering the Awards you are accepting these terms and conditions.

Each business may enter up to three different categories.
Entries close on Wednesday 10th August 2023. Entries received outside of those dates will not be considered. The Bury Free Press reserves the right to extend or change the closing date.
By submitting an Entry you give The Bury Free Press permission for your Entry to be published in all newspapers and websites and for display purposes in connection with the awards.
You retain the copyright to your Entry as its author but you grant The BFP the right to use your name and location for the sole purpose of identifying you as the author of the Entry.
You warrant that your Entry is your own work and does not contain any content you do not have permission to use.
By submitting an Entry, you agree to The BFP contacting you via email or telephone for purposes connected with your Entry. You also agree to The BFP contacting you regarding other BFP news, or information, unless you have opted out of receiving such contact. The BFP will not pass on these contact details to any third parties.
After the closing date Entries will be shortlisted for the judging panel to choose between.
Winners will be notified by email as soon after judging as possible.
The winners will be required to take part in publicity activity around the Awards.
The judge’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
Entries which are lost, delayed or incomplete will be ineligible.
