What can I say? I was merely intending to enquire into the possibility of carpet being laid before my elderly relation's return from hospital. I am writing to thank you and your excellent team of carpet fitters for a job well done. We had three of your men come to fit carpets in three of our bedrooms. Our home is a converted barn, with low ceilings and beams so not an easy job - not to mention displaced furniture in preparation for the new carpets. The men were all so courteous and obliging and they left the job so clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They even seemed to like our noisy dogs! Also, the two ladies in the store where I had chosen the carpet the previous week were so nice and very helpful. All in all a very satisfactory experience. We look forward to using John Doe again as and when we next need new flooring.
Your company recently fitted a black and white vinyl flooring to my conservatory. I would like to say that I am very impressed with the finished result. It looks really good and there are no gaps around the edges and it is not possible to see the join. The team responsible are highly skilled fitters and I give them full marks for their efforts. The whole job from the initial quotation, inspection to fitting was professionally carried out and I would like to say thank you very much.
